Default Hi Rev Tuners, I feel ill

Is it just me, or does this "show" suck.

1. The camera work with "attitude" (let's see if we can cause motion sickness with the viewers,)
2. The incredible writing - actual quote, "This 1992 Mazda Miata is all set for the oval, dragstrip, or roadrace course. "Oval"?! Oval!? What, they going to mix it up with NASCAR?
3. The we're-trying-way-too-hard-to-be-cool graphics.
4. Deciding to insert the leter "z" in titles every chance they get, in case we had any doubt about how "in" they really are..

I'm going to go barf now...

I also can not stand the production of this show. Nothing else on that channel has those angels or poor production. It is a joke on other forums as well. I suggest making an official thread and having everyone reply as an attempt to show the producers the effects of this show and how far off target they are.

It's heavily influenced by APC. Need I say more??? APC is the import performance anti-christ.

I hate the motion sickness look of the camera and the gay graphics and all the APCrap.

But I do like the NOPITV with that hot blonde as the host on TNN

most entertaining part of Hi Rev Tuners = a female host with the last name Poonkasem. Yes, that's Poon + chasm. Sad though that this is the only thing about that show I can remember. FYI...

chasm (n):
1) A deep, steep-sided opening in a surface; an abyss or gorge.
2) A sudden interruption of continuity; a gap.

I do agree on the poor quality and the ill fated attempt at being cool.

BUT... at least it's the only show that represents the Sport Compact scene. I'll give it that much..

Being sponsored by APC(Another Piece of Crap) and PEP Boys doesn't help its image. At least the host is attractive enough to keep my attention. I also think she knows more about the cars than the guy that hosted the show last year.

I would rather have no representation, then to have that piece of **** show represent us.

there is always Super2ners on TNN. But that show is just as bad.

I was sickened by this show one day that I switched over to MTV (a rarity at taht) and became more sick by their attemp at sport comact race instruction... "Drive full throttle untill you hit the marked area and then stop before you hit the cone on the end..." The idiots on there would lock the brakes and slide almost sideways, and still hit the cone... WTF!?!?!

The former host (Brian Fox)must suck a mean dick over at Super Street mag since his crews cars have been in every issue for the last 4 months. They are showing some "off the hook" love to that clown.

I think he's at foxmarketing.net or something.

To add, the fat ****** from APC was named the SEMA man of the year.
to Hi-Rev tuners.
