I destroyed my front tires and want to upgrade just the front as I'm poor.
Would it be dangerous to run S03's in the front (W rated) with crappy Nitto NT-450's (V-rated) in the back?
TIA

W is rated for 168
V is rated for 149
I'm afraid that the lower rated tire will have worse adhesion at lower speeds.

yeah, if you put ultra-high performance tires on the front and just performance on the back It shouldnt make that much of a difference, unless you are racing on a track with some real curves. It is true that your "traction bias" will change which could increase oversteer but chances are that it wont matter. Also, if you race in the rain, the rear tires do not have to displace the water as much as the front ones do, so In short, dont worry about it unless it's an autocross car
