I tried searching and couldnt find any exact information. I have a 95 EX and was just wondering if i shoulda tried to find a newer one.. I will say i like the 5th gen body style better though. Thanks

 

Same thing basically, biggest difference is the exterior.

92-95:
Cheaper
Looks better to you
A little lighter
Black interiors

96-00:
Newer (hopefully less problems)
Couple more HP in the EX
Better resale value
Longer lca's

This question is all going to be opinion. Personally, I like the 96-00 body style much better. It is all what YOU want.

 

99-00 coupes
nicest body style for the Civic in my opinion

 

93-95 EX for speed.
96-00 to get highschool chicks.

well said my friend. But again, it's all just a matter of opinion. If you like the older body style then get that. You don't want to have any regrets when purchasing any vehicle.
