SKunk2 Stage2 cams on stock type r valve train???
I just needed to know if my stock valve train will handle the larger lift skunk2 stage 2 cams??? I am only revving to 8100 RPMs with my b20 setup for now til i upgrade the rods to something alittle stronger. I just need to know if they will be fine without the skunk2 retainers and valve springs?
with stage I you're pushing it...stage II is larger and more aggressive. Most defiantly I would not risk it, if you want to run them do a spring upgrade to prevent any binding.
do it right or don't do it at all

Skunk2 valvesprings are suggested for use with Skunk2 Stage 2 Cams, it says so right in the Skunk2 literature... if you dont run past 8100 rpm you might be okay, but man, why take the chance?!
Skunk2 stage 2's have a 12.3mm lift..ITR springs will not handle 12mm well...

When you say "we", who are you referring to? Import Builders?
