modded brakes
Hey was up go with the V6 form a 94-97 becouse they are 4lug and the legend 2 piston cailpers from a 92-94 Ls. have it done on my car and i love it and they look good as hell. Got them for 80.00 from a junk yard and got a rebuild kit for about 30.00 for both side. Had them painted red allso when u doing them u have to switch the side on the cailpers so u can get the line to work. so u would put the right on the left and the left on the right. got pic to but cant figure out how to download them SORRY. AIM me i u need any help at H224U2.
hey h224u2, do u have an ex or lx, i have the ex with antilock brakes, just wondering if the legend calipers would still work? also do the calipers just bolt on or do u have to make modifications to get them to work?
what is so great about the V6 accord brakes? i guess ur talking about the rotors, so why would it be better than getting the crossdrilled rotors from powerstop?

I have an lx but it dose not matter about the antilock brakes because the calipers came off a legend with anti lock brakes. So yes it would still work. No modifications need to be done except to switch the calipers from side to side so the line will work. The reson for the V6 brake they are larger then the stock. Um I think if this is right that the V6 are 11.2 compared to the stock that are 8. or something. So it dose help alot and allso that the legend cailpers are TWO piston. Like I siad be fore if I new how to post these danm pics i would but i cant figure them out.

when u said u got them for $80, does that mean all 4 calipers or just one? i found some rebuilt legend calipers on nopi for about $45. u can send me pic over email....rocknrebelrednek@netzero.net ( i know its a lame name, i haven't changed it in over a year, im too lazy)
i dont have much money right now and i really need my brakes replaced... so i was thinkin of just going with the powerstop crossdrilled rotors and new pads,
i was also considering just getting the v6 rotors and using my stock calipers, has anyone ever done this?
