Default cel 91 keeps on turning on and going away. anybody know why?

i have a 97 dx hatch. cel 91 keeps on turning on and going away. 91=fuel tank pressure circuit. i disconnected the battery for a minute, and the light went away. this is the 2nd time this happened (i don't drive it very often). it's not affecting the engine, its just annoying. anybody know why this is happening?

actualy i think i know what it is know. i was just looking on the integra forum earlier today, and someone with a teg had the same problem. on my car the gas evaporator box hose is disconnected, and in the teg forum they said that was one of the possible causes. im gonna reconnected the hoses tomorrow and see what happens.
