im doing a minime swap y7/y8... and where do i plug the iacv at since i cant use the y8 iacv..?

if the manifold is 5spd then just run it in the back as usual otherwise (auto or JDM)will need to have it drilled and tapped.

 

im using the y7 harness and i think the iacv on the y7 is a 2 wire and the y8 is a 3 wire or the other way around... i was suppose to use the y7 tb but decided to go with the gsr tb... and the y7 has the iacv on the tb but the gsr doesnt... so where does the iacv go??? or should i just rewire for the y8 iacv?

 

y7 = TB mounted IACV and 3 wire
Y8 (5spd) or to use b-series TB = mounted on the intake on the back of it (just like any other OBDI motor), its 2 wire type
