dynoed my hatch today, 1994 Si w/jdm b18c
here is the dyno from my jdm b18c, its about what I expected, I thought the torque #'s were pretty damn good

thats some good numbers. My friends 92 Si w/ 97 USDM GSR put down 160HP/125TQ with:
-CAI
-JDM DC 4-1
-2.5 crimp bent exhaust
-2.5 hiflo cat
-Skunk2 manifold(removed butterflies)
-chipped P28 ecu to skunk2 program

my JDM b16 with just bolt ons stock ecu put 160/115 you should have way more than 165, IMO
on the side note: my b16a with ECU, header & exhaust did: 157 & 112lb/ft of torque.
while my jdm b18c with ITR cam, JDM 4-1/cat, exhaust did: 174whp & 127lb/ft of torque.
with that difference I went from low 14's to mid 13's.

im wondering wut cat or test pipe you guys using? cuz civic with gsr motor and exhust the, factory catalyic converter doesnt fit?!
