That sounds like fun. I'll try to make it there. Since this is a "for fun" event, how strict will the officials be if a car isn't caged that needs to be?

Since there is no cash payouts, who's gonna pocket the extra cash if there is any left over after the track fee, which i believe is around the $1500-2000 range....javier? or the track?...i think it really blows that there is no cash pay out, tell him not to buy any trophies and crap and make it cash.
ps..it always seems to me any import event gets low balled when it comes to payouts even though turn outs are big

Sounds like a fun event. Why does it have to be about money? I would think track rental fees, insurance and extra help would take all the profit out of it, anyway. Give a guy trying to do something for fun Honda lovers a break. If the event loses money, are you going to pay extra as you leave the track?

D-man you sound like a real brain surgeon. The track charges $20 to test and tune
the price for this event is $ 25 . Before you start talking about pocketing money, ID your self, so that honest people like my self who do not hide their name or identity could know who is talking to us.

1st off I wasnt saying you were dishonest.I didnt know what kind of deal you cut with etown.I didnt think it was like that but thats why I was asking who was getting the money,anyway..i think you should make it like this..20 for the track,$5 for you and lets say an extra $25 to enter the heads up classes for a payout to be figured out when you see how many people show up...your not gonna do it cause its for fun and thats the way you wanna do it,it was just a thought nothing more.
1 minute later you say...
if you really know....i definitly know the pos who told you! and i hide my identity like 99% of the other non-seller members on this board to throw off thieves which i know visit this board so i will never identify myself unless im buying/selling something from you...i will be really pissed if what your saying is true

I might just make it for the autocross. Will the cars be classified by the traditional SCCA classes? What time do the doors open?

This is being organized by Javier Ortega so you know this will be a good event.
