I know 3 CR-Xs with Tanabe Racing Medallion exhausts and one 1989 Si hatch with one.
My shop made the CR-X Racing Medallion fit by lengthening it enough to sit perfectly on the hatch.
The difference between the Racing Medallion and the Super Medallion Racing Spec is that the Super version is the newer one and it is 100% stainless steel. The piping, welds, hangers, and of course the muffler are all 100% stainless steel. Also the piping is thinner thus making it a good deal lighter. I've picked up both side by side and the newer ones are a good deal lighter. Definately noticable.
The older version has mild steel coated piping and hangers with a stainless muffler.
I'm not even sure if the older version is available any more, and I'm not even sure if it was ever offered for the EF because I think the EF versions are all the newer version. I could be wrong about that one though.
I have two 1992 hatches. My Si has the older version of the Racing Medallion. My CX has the Super version.
If you want me to post pics then I can.

Now that one sits a tad more to the side than usual because of his ST rear swaybar pushing on it, but before the swaybar it fit perfectly. Hell that still looks killer IMO.
The RD exhausts alaos have a silencer too, because w/o it they are hella loud. I love mine though, and only in my 1992 Si do I put the silncer in because it's hard to hear the stereo w/o the silnecer in place.
My 1992 CX has no stereo, so I get to hear VTEC at full blast all the time.
