apex N1 bolt up a d16/ls

heres a question , i want 2 get a apex N1 on my 94 hatch. i have a d16 motor. i am planning on getting a ls swap, if i get the N1 now will the N1 bolt up to the LS???

as long as you use a LS or Si header it will bolt up fine

Shouldn't have any problems bolting up after swap.

ls header on d16?? how will it bolt up after my swap? the d16 and ls are not the same?
