well after a long wait to get it back together i finally finished and i took it to the track last night, i was runing mt 20x6x14 slicks that just spun like crazy. i was passing hte traps in 5th gear, here is a pic of my timeslips from last ngiht, also the setup is a sohc vtec with t3t4 @12psi stock internals it makes 242hp 225tq so far...#3780 let me know what you guys think...

well when you have high hp and tq in a very very very light car and runing 20x6x14 mt slicks that do not grip you will understand, and also the track is not really well prepped so thats anothre factor to add.... how many mph do you pick up in the 2nd 1/8 mile????? so far im doing 25 and my traps are good for 11's with good slicks and track, also what are your trap speeds????? right now with the tires im runing im not looking for 60' times just trap speeds b/c that will tell me more than a 2.0 60ft.....and regardless how i lauhcn , dump or slip it the tires just break loose like im on ice, they hook a little hwile down the track

 

well at the track i run at i went 13.9 with kumho's 2.1 60' then with 20x8x14 went 13.6(first time with slicks) this is in a all motor h22a 94 civic hatch, i also had LSD
it also wasnt prepped very good

i was trapping in the 100's

U get those 60fts down to a 1.7's and you will run 11's. 116 trap should run 11's all night long

I've gotten better than that on street tires as well but my 1/4 mile trap was less than your 1/8th mile trap so there's not much to compare. When I get back from the middle east my CRX'll be ready to run LS/turbo though, I to will need slicks

 

dang! those are some good times! and with that trap speed you should be running 11s

and all on a stock internal SOHC motor!!!!!! thats my key point that people always say sohc's will not last nor run fast unless you throw a bunch of money into it, its all bs..... friday i am borowing a friends slicks that are real nice, i should crack 11's then...

Your trap speed will drop to about 108 mph, your ET's will drop to about 12.7-12.8 seconds.

so far i have ran 12.7@115 so i do not think im gona be runin the same times i already am with bigger slicks...

 

and here is a slip of my 2nd fastest et so far and highest trap so far, this was against my friends crx (composimo) and he will be letting me borrow his slicks friday. so far i make more power than him (not sure how much longer i will) my car weighs less so go figure.
