Were can I get OEM honda ventshades for a 90-91 ef (hatch)? JDM or USDM, I dont care---Were they an option? I'm looking for the clip in ones not those ghetto ventshade brand stick-ons....Do the honda dealers sell them---the ones that are kinda lighter in color compared to the pep boys version is what I am looking for. They had them??? I've never seen them....

 

If you took any time at all to read my post I'm asking if they were an option, not saying they were--I figured that they might be since my 88 lude had factory ones and certain 86-89 tegs around here have them.(OEM) And if youve never seen them in ANY Si-R pics, you haven't seen enough---they seem to always be on Si-R's as well so I'd like to know if anybody over here had them shipped over, and who you got them from.

 

The OEM Honda ventvisors were a clip and adhesive style. However because the adhesive was later deemed toxic, they stopped importing them to the U.S. that's why you don't see them as options on the new Honda's.

 

U learn something every day--wow then my 88 lude had toxic ventvisors-scary. That sucks though cause they look so clean compared to the dark colored ventshades from pep boys. Do u think it would still be possible to find a pair in Japan, like from a wrecked SiR? I want em toxic or not.
