Well, i'm at a turning point with my teg. It's a 94 with 130K on it and i'm torn between re-ringing and block guarding the motor and running 7 psi or just selling the damn thing for something newer for no more than 14K.......what do you guys think? thanks fellas

do a compression and leakdown test first. See what #'s you get. Go from there.

You will NOT need a block gaurd for 7psi, I run 8psi everyday of the week on my sohc, do some research please.

Well unless theres something wrong with your engine, don't bother with the rings either.. Block gaurds are only for built engines like 12psi plus... If you know alot about turbo's you should know this, but in the end its your money, its recommended to resleeve the block rather then use a block gaurd. If you have any more questions feel free to ask

well, i blow oil after 6000 rpm, so i'm figuring it's the valve guide seals and the rings.....could I do the sleeving myself or no? I probably will only keep it at 7 psi, i'm not goin to **** with it after I install it, i'm thinking revhard stage 2 if I can find one at a good price...what do you think?
