I'm looking for new rims for my Black 91 Civic Si with eibach sportlines and have two choices, 97 GSR/LS (mesh) rims from a 98-up teg, or 98-up GSR rims. I don't want something that stands out that much because of where I live, but something clean. I looked through all the pics I could, but there's so many it would take a long time, so I though I'd just ask. thanks ahead of time!

we have 272 posts and i know for sure there are some rides with the mesh style stockers. please take the time to look through the posts to find them. people are proud of their cars and took the time to post it up, so take the time to look through them.

unfortunatley I don't have a digicam, but I have a Blue CRX with the GSR "mesh" rims and it's looks really sweet, I'd say they're the best looking honda rims for our car.

 

Yes! 97' GSR rims (the same as the 99' GS rims) look very good.
They look better on an EF or DA than on a G3 teg.

 

I think the '98 gsr rims look superb. I've never seen them on an EF but I think it would be sweets.

 

Thanks guys. I really like the 98-up GSR's and that's what I'm leaning towards but I think if I saw a pic of one w/97 GSR rims or LS rims, it would change my mind. Sounds good though. And thanks for opening this back up.

I like the '98+ GSR's. They didnt look right on my car though with the black DX bumpers. Theyre my favorite stock Honda wheel by far.\

 

Are you refering to these? Only pics I could find. Hope lilhibbs doesn't mind. He hates his car.

Wow, sweet guys. Thanks for all the help. I think I like the 98-up GSR's the best, like most of you. That pic of the LS rims was a big help, they look pretty good painted. I think I'm going to go with the 98-up GSR's. Thanks!

BTW why dont u guys get a hold of some 00 Si center caps with the H emblem and swap them for the A ones... will be more appropiate... i am getting my own set as soon as my buddys car gets from the wrecked...

 

I'll hopefully have pics of mine with the 97 gsr's soon. I'm polishing the lip (nasty curb damage) and I'm painting the inside section black.
