Default fake spoon mirror question...

Does anyone know if there is a spoon replica mirror that retains the arm (used to adjust the mirror angle from inside the car) instead of a peice of mirror attached to a pivoting ball joint? Thanks!

And one more thing... I'm not interested in your negative coments... if you don't like my question or the product contained therein, hit the back button on your browser and contine on in your search for flamable thread material.

Never seen one with the arm adjuster, just the power version.
