for sale, obd1 integra LS ecu chipped 9k redline

this is a obd1 chipped teg LS ecu, chipped by katman or jdmhondaparts.com, it is all motor program i belive 9k redline, fuel maps raised etc.. asking 150 shipped

what exactly does this chip do? what does fuel maps raised mean? i'm thinking of converting to OBD1 i just dont know if its worth the hassle.

the chip advacnes timeing and puts more fuel into the motor, i dont really know how to exlplain it more than that
