Acura of Mission Viejo service department.....
My dad usally has no problems with acura of m.v. but i had to take my ITR there for a new o2 sensor and the service department has been slacking off since they had the car. The car should have been finished 2 days ago, I went in to check on it, and the guy in charge of service had no idea my car was there, although my dad had checked it in a couple of days earlier. So today we call to pick up the car....( should of been finished last night after the previous eta ) and the guy said he has no clue what they are doing to it or how far along they are sounding like an idiot. I definatley don't like the experiance this time with their service department

As far as of MV acura, they were the only place that wuold fix my tranny under warranty. Tustin would fix it and pretty much told me to f off. So i just took it to MV acura and had my whole tranny replaced within 3 days. All i have had was good experience. Just Bug them or report them to Acura of America.
are they storing your car outside? if so I would check up on it nightly...especially after just telling the whole world where your is...

That is ridiculous. You should've checked (if you have not already) your odometer to see the mileage when your dropped it off. I would be extremely pissed if I noticed my dealer put some miles on my car while there for service..
