Default FS: White '96 GS-R Turbo, 83k miles

Yes, I may be crazy, but I think I'm wanting something a little more economical.

The car is in EXCELLENT physical and mechanical condition. Mobile 1 synthetic every 2500 miles since I bought the car with 55k on it. Way too much of my money has been invested into maintaining this car to be like-new. Brand new Pirelli tires, 90k mile service already done (new water pump/timing belt). Most all maintenance items that may be a concern over the next few years have been replaced, such as radiator, radiator fans, etc. I have all documentation on *EVERYTHING* done to the car since purchase in May '01.

This car is not ricey, whatsoever. The only thing that makes it obvious to someone that there's a completely Custom T3/TO4E turbo kit lurking under the hood, is the fact that they're behind you, trying desperately to figure out what the hell just happened..........well, and maybe the modest-sounding exhaust that doesn't look/sound stock. ;o) My gauges are in the dash-type bezel pod, and the new tint is nice and dark, so that if they could even see the gauges, they won't see much on them.

I know that many of you are going to say "can you part the kit out of the car?!".... My only answer can be: yes, only if you're willing to drive to Austin in a few months, when I have time, and help me take it out, and trade me oil pans!

I have never been to the drag strip in this car, and have never boosted over 6psi, though it's very capable of 8-10 psi with the new head gasket, exhaust porting work, and *slight* decrease in compression.

I have had countless people tell me that my Integra has the cleanest looking body they've seen on a '96 (new paint 2 years ago), cleanest looking turbo install, and cleanest sounding system.........ever. And I'm so proud to say that I did the work myself.

I am entertaining offers, and am pretty firm on around 14k. Estimated investment in this car, not counting regular maintenance: $9000. I have COUNTLESS pictures of the turbo install, so please email me with what else you'd like to see. Pictures were taken about 10 months ago. Pictures are of the car, and of most parts, both before and after installation. I'll post a few sometime later today.

Thanks for looking!
Nick

Thanks, bro! Hopefully I can show you the inside/system sometime when I have some more time. How is the cold weather treating your car? Later.

OK,

I'm freaking out about how I'm going to pay for college in the fall, so I'm bringing this back from the dead. Since the last post on here, the car has received a new Action 2KS Kevlar clutch and CM 8.8lb ChrMoly flywheel, work done by a Honda Mechanic at a Honda dealership. There is also now a Phillips 4300K lighting kit on the car, which I can include with the car depending on price.

It also occurs to me that I didn't talk about the stereo. There are MB Quarts in the rear, and Focal Polykevlar separates in the front. The system sounds incredible. I'm entertaining offers on the car, as well as the complete stereo system, as well as the complete *CUSTOM, BADASS* turbo kit that I painstakingly designed myself from the ground up.

Thanks for looking.

I keep forgetting........A few other random things done to the car:

Thicker, copper dual core radiator has made cooling a non-issue, even here in the 110 degree Texas heat with the A/C blaring.

Stereo, again, is amazing. 4 guage cable running the subs and sub amp, Pioneer Premier head unit was $700 just over a year ago, and it's one of two units I've ever seen with a 13 band EQ on it. This thing is COMPLETELY adjustable and tunable to your audio tastes.

Thanks Again,
Nick

I'm considering doing that for offers.........Can a mod move this to the "cars for sale" section for me?

Thx,
Nick
