Thermal R&D Exhaust?

I'm thinking about buying a Thermal R&D Exhaust from my buddy. Is this a good exhaust?

Yes Thermal R&D is like one of the best exhaust systems for All Motor or Turbo.

Ive had a few. This and the Apexi WS is my choice for the DC2.
Deep, and refined sound. Not loud, raspy and cheap sounding

The Thermal Classic exhaust is a little bit raspy but still sounds good. But IMO, the Thermal Stealth exhaust is the best sounding exhaust I have heard.
