cold air intake for RSX

My buddy recently got a cold air for his rsx and claims to have gotten 20hp from it. Is he right? i dont have the knowledge to prove him wrong, help me out..

That was what AEM claimed thier CAI made on a rsx type S, but they will always quote higher numbers to get better sells. If at most he may have gotten 13 whp. But there have been some freakish numbers from the car passing 13whp.
