Hi All

I've got a 2000 EX COUPE 5SPD

I noticed yesterday that with 24500 miles the little maintenance needed square in the bottom center of the dash has gone from green to red. I realize that based on this it needs maintenance. Is there something specific that it would normally need ? Is this light in lieu of the normal Check Engine light in cars ?

I'd check the manual but don't have it at my desk at the moment.

 

That does not neccesarily mean you need maintenance. All that is, is a oil change reminder. You'll see a slot on your gauge cluster, stick your key in there, and it'll go back to green. Then I think 7200 miles later it'll cycle back to red.
