hellooo. here's the scoop. the black 92 integra is owned by kim hemphill and chad britton. kim used to drive it and her blue GSR back in the day. after the split with inline i was still in the points and they offered it to me to finish up the season. we put a B16 that was in charlie's all motor car in it real quick until we could build something and that's what was in the car in the first turbo spread from atco. turbo'd and 50 wet shot of NOS. and we couldn't blow it up....we tried! that setup ran a 10.3, not pushing too much boost-if i remember right MAYBE it hit 15lbs. we were kinda trying to be conservative with it. keep in mind this was with wheeliebars, but otherwise the car weighed in at a hefty 2300lbs+ with full glass, etc. after that we did a built 1.8, never saw more than like 22lbs boost if i remember right still spraying the 50 shot. best e.t. was against jojo callos at etown with a 10.0. had we more time and/or resources it would have run 9's, no doubt about it. we were also limited in that the owners wanted the car back the way they gave it to us, so we kinda had our hands tied there so far as trying to save some weight.
but that's the story. myles' integra you're gonna have to ask him about...that was a whirlwind weekend and i couldn't even have begun to process all that info on top of trying to get it down the track. i'll bet it's got a revhard manifold and turbo setup on it though.

oh yeah...the car is actually for sale if anyone's interested www.isuzustyle.com/integraFS.html

10.3 is an amazing accomplishment on a stock block!! What do you believe was the major factor in allowing such astonishing times? Was it the Speed Pro system? Also if I recall i correctly I beleive Jason stated you were pushing 20lbs of boost in a previous post? Also what type of turbo and manifold were you running?

i want to see if i can get into quick class this year with my car, it still needs work , but i wanted to see how that one was holding up with that motor and amount of boost.
thanks.

the car had a stock b16 bottom end jdm baybee!, but we slapped to stock headgskets on with heavy duty factory b16 studs holding it together, we then crossed are fingers torqueing the head down too around 68 foot pounds. The head was port flow gsr head meant for all motor. The car would not boost over 17 pounds, in lower gears it would not see over 15, when we put the bottle on the data log showed around 20 pounds. Jen was right about the boost level, the nitrous added a few extra psi.. We ran those time with a bastard clutch set up, a rps pressure plate, and a clutch masters stage 5 disc" I ran it all the year before in my crx". we then built the motor, made a hell of a lot more power, and ran 10.0? Make me no longer believe in dyno's, but with more power the chasie needed help, so it was harder to get it to the ground with out wheel hop. We are the most proud of the little b16 setup, cause we had no clue it would ball the way it did. Sorry for the ramblings. Jason
Jason,
Do you believe the Speed Pro made the biggest difference? Or do you think you could have accomplished similar results off a stock ECU???

Man, I love to hear that type of stuff. A few MAGIC motors doing so well. Very inspiring. Go
