waddup....just curious what u 88-91 civic b16 sedan owners run in the quarter mile. not a common car to mod, but still.

 

I have an ef hatch with a B16 all motor 187hp/121tq @ the tire, best 1/4 time was 12.97 @ 103.

 

Damn, that is a good time.

 

Theirs a dude in the ef forum who has a ef sedan that runs like 14.7 with the usually mods like H/I/E.

 

91 civic ex (HEAVY!), but ran 13.98 @99.41 mph - jdm b16 w/ s1 tranny and itr intake and cams and ctr pistons, mugen pr3, etc.
with turbo d16 ran 12.60 @ 112 mph

 

my buddy ran 14.5 it had a b16, ihe with full granny trim. Oh yeah it was a lx. I was impressed

 

if its any help my 92 hatch all engine b16a2 with ys1 tranny fully loaded on bad slicks and 2nd time driver ran 14.7

 

90 4door ex 2150lbs and I'm 190lbs ran 14.5. Had major wheel spin and wheel hop. Blew right axle seal on last run. In april trying for high 13s.

B16, pnp head (did my self), Spoon head gasket, Skunk manifold and ti-retainers, CTR cams and ITR valve springs, OBX cam gears, AR1 4-1 header, custom 2.5 exh, VAFC and MSD, AEM fuel rail and B&M fpr and gauge, custom 3in CAI, UNDYNOED with street tires.

 

Was it white by any chance? with GSR seats?

 

friend of mine hit 11.7 with a stock b16/turbo in a 90ish 4-door civic (gutted)

 

we were at the track a couple months ago, in my friends gsr trying to setup some races, and we see this GHETTO lookin 88-91 4 door. all banged up, bondo, a serious beater.

but, the guy had a helmet, and a big nasty jungle jim in there.

we ask him what he's runnin and...
he says "turbo gsr, mid 11's"
us "is it built at all"
him: *shrugs* "kinda"

we didnt really believe him...then we watched him run
