Default GM Type r wheels lighter than CW?

While all the internet guides say 15.6lbs. Some CW rims measured close to 17lbs. My GM wheels say Enkei 2 on the back of the wheel, while CW says Enkei 1.
Other writings match except the circled ones, but these could be different on every wheel. So is there a difference?

No. However, everyone knows that PY ITR's are the fastest due to yellow's inherent aerodynamic properties and the fact that PY paint weighs around 12 oz. less per gallon.
