Seats are simple - 4 bolts each, unbolt, remove - simple as that. The door panels you need to remove the screw in behind the door handle and take the door handle cup out. Take the screw out in the door cup on the arm rest, remove the plastic cup and then the plastic screw below the mirror where the door panel is thin and closes against the dash. You need to take the wishbone clip off behind the window crank and remove the window crank. If you have power windows and locks then yo uneed to disconnect the wire clips. After that just be careful and pull around the edges to pop the snap clips free. Then lift out from the bottom and up at an angle on the door panel to remove it.
Just remember when taking out the drivers seat there is a wire for the seat belt. Don't do what I did. I thought it was stuck and just started pullin it then I looked and saw the wire. It just a little clip.
