i was wondering once the airbag has been deployed in this generation car, does the srs computer burn out? one time use only?
does a 94-95 generation srs computer hook up to the 96-97 generation srs systems?

Yes, the SRS control unit must be replaced after air bag deployment.

 

The sensor is in the SRS control unit on 94-97 Accords.

 

there isn't any sensors like in the bumper or something like that? it just the srs control unit and the airbagsm that's all?!

how do they know you when to get off, the srs control calculates forces and impact?

 

The sensor acts as a switch. When an impact is severe enough the sensor sends a signal to set off the bags.
