i am trying to build a turbop kit which is a better turbo for a 98 stock ls t3/t4 ot a t4e. and is it cheaper to bulid a kit or go out and buy a kit

 

Build it yourself. As for the turbo it all depends on your plans for the motor and your goals. I suggest calling up someone at precision turbo, telling them what you have and plan to do, and let the experts decide on what would be perfect.
