NHRA Las Vegas Race hotel info?
I already reserved my flight but I have not yet reserved my hotel room. I was wondering where everyone was going to stay at? In the past Ive stayed at Mirage and circus-circus. Where do you think most of you willl stay?

Last summer, i stayed at the Flamingo, and i loved it, its not very "overboard" when it comes to attractions, so its not a zoo, i recomend it, and its relatively cheaper then others, ill prolly stay there again...

just wondering, when you participate at these sanctioned events and since most of them are two day events, where do the racers store their cars? even with street cars, do they secure the drag strip with the cars in there or do the racers tow their cars to the hotels they're staying at?

well pretty much of course downtown is a little closer...but the strip is alot better...you can check out http://www.tripreservations.com, or call the hotel itself...the cheapest usually is Stratosphere, Monte Carlo, Circus Circus, Fronteir, Flamingo Hilton...well you get the drift..Good Luck, See you in March (even though you dont know me)

i actually work for a company that books hotel rooms and shows for Las Vegas now...

other good prices...monte carlo, luxor, riviera, tropicana, frontier..mgm sometimes...and the race is on March 15/16th..and the night of the 14th starts mid-night mayhem...open track (like street legal drags)...starts at 9-2am...
