well we know our car comes with the 50,000 warranty adn u can gett eh extended warranty also for 100K the person I got the car from did this however, he dind;t give me the warranty packet.. which I guess says the warranty must be transfered in 15 days.. when I called acura regarding the warranty the lady told me what to do but never mentioned 15 days and just said as long as I transfered it before 50K miles that I would be ok.. I sent in the paper work about a year ago but never received the new card and I jsut realized that... and i called acura care and they were liek you gotta buy it.. but I know I sent in the papers.. but they must have gotten lost.. and i think I was driven the wrong way by the lady that said as long as it's in by 50K you'll be ok.. think I can fight this?

 

You can try, but w/ no documented proof you have no legal argument. That's why you should always ask to whom you are speaking with and document names, times and dates. Good luck.
