Default brake lights dont work

i own a 96 accord ex
the brake lights dont get brighter when ever i hit the brakes
the lights work and i checked the fuses and they still good
does anyone know the remede for this

If none of them work, it's probably the little switch attached to the brake pedal. It's possible to take apart and clean the contacts, but they aren't too expensive to replace. Probably ~$10 at Pep Boys/Autozone, $25 at dealer.

Try to change the bulbs and see if that works
