I need a way to get my car from an undisclosed location in fairfax up to insane exhaust so jeff can do my rollcage and some other stuff for me. I don't have a truck or dolley, but I could rent a dolley if nobody has one. The thing is, a uhaul truck plus dolley for a day is pretty expensive, so I'm wondering if someone could help me out. The trip is about an hour each way, and I'd obviously cover your gas, some food, beer, and kick in a little money to you if need be. The car is set to go into the stop on February 1st which is a saturday. I'd appreciate any help someone could give me, thanks.

Edit: I'm also willing to throw in free parts you may need! I have tons of obdI sohc parts like distributor, starter, alternator, etc etc, I'll even throw in a 92 cx tranny with 108k and in great shape if you want it.

Man I saw a reply and got all excited! Thanks for the bump though, I know there are plenty of people that have hitches on a truck/suv/car and it isn't ideal to help me on a saturday but I'd really appreciate it.

 

how much are u doing the cage for, just asking bec u might be able to send u elswhere for cheaper and it might be closer. See if enterprise had any good deals and get a hitch from wal mart its like 10n bucks...then go steak a dolly for the day and return it when you done. problem solved. if u need small thing s likes straps i think i still have some from my car. Also call John or Stan at inline they have dollys laying around they might let you rent one or something...sorry couldnd be more help
