tensioner replacement

Default tensioner replacement

well i am goign to change out the timing belt, and i think some of the noise i hear is from a bad tensioner bearing. i have a spare off a d16z6 will it work?

i guess i forgot to say that it will be going on a d16a6.

eyeah it shoudl work, and yes you do have to replace the tensioner now and then.

did it sound like a dying dog when it went out? mines doing it on my b16.... thought it was my alt dying, because i'm loosing power electrical and motive power.....

if i push on the lower cover where the tensioner is... it makes a sound like a dying cow or dog...
