Default Anyway to make steering wheel more sensitive?

Just like the topic says, is there any way to make the steering wheel more sensitive, so you don't have to turn it like 2 full circles in order to turn the wheel all the way?

Or is this a major thing, that would require all kinds of new parts?

Oh I wasn't talking about what I need to literally make the car turn better. I just wanted to know what I needed to make the steering wheel turn radius smaller.

I haven't heard of any way. Sport Compact Car was trying to tackle this same issue a while back with their blue hatch. Not sure what ever came of it.

Anyone have that issue? I forget how many months back it was...
