Im guessing either one...

but im not sure.....

I got an LS AEM CAI to fit on my b16...

I had to hack it a little for it to fit, but it does fit....

I have the same set-up. B18c1 w/ skunk2 mani. and i am just using my one from before(95 civic si hatchback AEM CAI). I know the diameter isn't as big as the ones you mentioned but it does fit. Just letting you know. I will be replacing the CAI with turbo piping soon anyway

99-00 Si fits perfect, through the hole behind your headlight and right behind the front bumper

ITR just sorta plops in there, not in the same hole, but still has the filter behind the front bumper. Some people have rubbing issues, some people don't.

ITR piping has a larger diameter. Personally I say go for 99-00 Si. That's what I use.

I used the 99-00 SI with both manifolds, both times, it fit the best, and gets nice cold air in. It is the hot ****, not to mention, both times it didnt even have an issue with my strut bar.

use the ITR CAI, use to have the same setup, worked fine....
