Default Wiring Harness question

I have a Dx Hatch I can take The harness out of a Hf or Si and Get it wired to a Vtec for my car no problem right? I just want to make sure Im not gonna Create anymore problems.Thanks

the easiest way is to accually leave the dx harness in there and modify it with plugs from the si harness....

you can't use the Si engine harness without swapping out the Firewall / gauge cluster harness to an Si one as well... and that is a PAIN!!!!

as far as VTEC... are you putting a B16a in? (obd0) or are you trying to put a GSR or Z6 or Y8 in there? (obd1 or 2) if you're going obd0, you just need to run one extra wire for the VTEC solinoid. If you're going OBD1 or 2, you're going to need an adaptor harness. There's a couple of guys on this site that make / sell them.
