Ground controls are easier to adjust, mainly because you are using an allen wrench to loosen the perch, rather than 2 clamps/wrenches. Other than that, not much of a difference - in fact, the only reason I replaced my skunks with GC's is because I commute a lot and couldn't handle the back breaking spring rates they came with.

I chose Ground-Control with Tokico Blues. I don't think the Tokico Blue has adequate enough dampening for aggressive drivers, i.e. myself. I will be upgrading to KYB AGX or Tokico Illuminas. If you get any suspension get the shocks as well so you don't have to do the labor twice.

GC all the way. I run 650fr/450r springs and they are just right for me. You can always buy more springs if it isn't to your liking also.

depends, are you going the ground control civic rates or integ rates? i used to have the integ rates matched to stock struts in a del slo and were o.k. but alot stiffer then my buddy's civic rates in his 00 si. now i have itr struts w/ skunks and in my opinion, they are my poor-man's race suspension. so i say go with the skunks.
