I gotta mustang and to tell you the truth im getting tired of it....my daily drives are filled with 400 other mustangs and when i pay it off im switching to an import.... but i was just wondering what you guys run ... im running a 14.8 now. how would that do against a stock gsr ???any ideas on a good import for me ?? around 20k range... im gonna turbo charge of course

you may want to post your ? in the Integra forum. This is specific to ITR. Bone stock ITR will run 14.6-14.8 and should easily out handle a Mustang. GSR's are low 15s

For 20k I would look at a used Type R. You can go right to work on the motor since the chassis is very well tuned from the factory....

What the ITR heads said about GSRs is pretty much right. Quarter mile times for a bone stock are mid 15's I'd say. With some mild mods, you could break into high 14's with an amazing run. The ITR does have a better chassis than the GSR, and will handle better from the factory, but availability on both is sometimes hard to find. And don't expect not to see "400 other" integras on the road, cause they're out there en masse as well.

 

Bang for the buck value on a GSR is high. Lightly modded you should be able to run high 14's as stated, but although the dragstrip is fun, they shine the brightest on the track.
