I live in the south, so snow is rarely a problem. However, I used to keep it in the garage, but the garage has since been filled with stuff as well as a Grand Cherokee for my wife, so now it sits all alone in the driveway.

reminds me of a Japanese parking lot. now even your garage is JDM
nervous? If I were not mistaken, those lifts has a warranty in case it has a flaw on the design and found that it was the manufacturer's fault...

There is special kind of building with no windows, which there
is machines that lift cars into parking space itself. It take
forever to wait for the car to come down, one car lift a time,
one car at a time to bring down to ground. It not bad idea.
at first i felt like you guys did, but it's capacity is 20K lbs, and my fathers vette club tested one with a ni-mo truck on it, which is over that and it didn' budge. it makes things really easy in the garage. also it's attached to the floor so no worries abou it moving. they are pretty high quailty units, when it was shipped to my house the shipping weight was over 500lbs.

My shitty apt complex carport with tiny spots, next to a hyundai and a taurus. The taurus looks like it drove off a cliff too. Needless to say, I check for door dings daily, before I leave.
i think it was around 3 grand, it's great to work on the cars with, i love it. the things is rock solid too. it came on a group buy from the vette club, the company is called double park.
on a side note, we just got another 24 inches here north of syracuse
