Bah just get some NGK coppers for .99 each and replace em every 15-20k. Hella cheaper than the Paltinums, anyways Copper is a better conductor!

I've heard Hondas don't take too well to the Bosch +4's. IMHO the best bang for the buck plug for GS-R's is the NGK Copper, part # BKR6E-11. You can get a set of 4 for about $8.50. You have to change them every 10K-15K miles or so, but even still they are cheaper in the long run that platinum or iridium plugs. The only real benefit of platinum and iridium plugs is extended life, which is good for cars with plugs that difficult to access (FWD V6 cars for example). However the plugs are so extremely easy to change on Integras that you might as well just go for the copper.

Those are what I use. Those are as close to OEM plugs you can buy.

I personally like the Denso Iridiums. I have seen them make 4whp on a 97 Civ EX with intake header and exhaust. I work at a shop so I do have access to a dyno. I also sell these plugs. If anyone wants to see the dyno sheet or would like someone to purchase these plugs from contact me at my email address. thegoldenchild_111@yahoo.com I check it daily. If you are interested in recieving this dyno page, I can fax it to you from work. Or if you are interested in purchasing some I can help you out as well, we can definitley work on the price.
