Nope only 1 imstar event, not including world cup in nov. But etwon has import servival series, with frantic 4 this year so that should be fun. I am waiting to see what atco is doing. Jason

man that stinks! i really thought they had a good concept there. why are they giving up on it? seemed like there was always plenty of racers.

MD remodeled the track making it longer so that they could bring in the top fuel dragsters, so they blew us off, **** we're only little ricers w/loud exhusts remember!<<<<----my theory anyway

 

the turnouts for every maryland imstar event last year were pathetic. don't know why, but they had the worst turnouts for local import events than they have had in probably 3-4 years. it was bad.

 

if i remember correctly there were some scheduling conflicts with other larger races in the area. which had larger payouts. i personally didnt make the first couple of races b/c i kept breaking chit. but even at the end of the season at that "meeting" jason said he was going to try real hard to make the series work. guess that went out the window.
