Hey guys,
I just got my Black Widdow hood today and put it on(96 Accord). Well the passanger side lines up close and even, the driver side on the other hand you can stick your pinky finger between the hood and fender How much do you think a body shop would charge to extend the other side a bit to match? Also, my hood latch has been acting up, before I got the new hood, I would have to slam my hood a few times untill it would latch 100%, not I can't because this hood is fiberglass and would shatter if I slammed it as hard as my stock one. Do you think a new latch wqould fix this, or should I just remove the latch and use only Hood Pins to hold ther hood on? Please give me your suggestions cause I'm frustrated right now and not thinking clearly.

 

Sounds like your hood needs some adjustment if it is not latching properly. Loosen the bolts a little to align it and close it gently. A little trial and error and I think you will fix the problem yourself.
