Default ITR Lower Control Arms on 4G Civic Hatch???

I have seen a 90-93 Integra With ITR Control Arms in the Rear Only (Not Front), If you can use a 90-93 Integra rear Brake system and Trailing arm for a rear disc conversion. Does that mean you can use ITR Control Arms on the Rear of Your Hatch?? Like the Integra did??

I didnt do it because I wanted to. I did it becase I need them for the suspention im running. It acks more like the 88 Si now (passive rear stearing) and honestly I dont like it at all. It feel like it gets out of control in the back. Could be because I have no rear sway bar yet though. Got mine from the acura dealer. I forgot if its $75 each or $75 a set.
