Default Kinda OT: Procedure on selling my ITR.

Hi all, as many of you know I'm selling my car. Well I found a local buyer and the R is going to someone who appreciates the car like me.

What do I need to do to finalize the transaction. I got a list from the buyer (listed below) on what needs to be done. Based on my research I think thats it.

But you guys will know better than me so, is there anything else I need to do or know? I never sold a car before.
Thanks!!

1) DMV vehicle transfer from completed by both parties
2) DMV name statement
3. Sales tax (that's on my end)
4) $15 Transfer fee (your end)
5) Copy of current registration
6) Smog certificate
7) Registration fees (if due within 60 days)
8) Authorization for payoff (signed by you) -- *** This is only if you
still owe on the car

In NC, I had to:

1) Get the clear title (no lien)
2) Sign the title transfer info (on the back) in front of a notary public
3) Give him a bill of sale

He was on his own for the rest. I just needed to turn in the tag so I could cancel insurance past that.
