SiR tag part number#?

My brother just receive is SiR rear tag for an EF-9.

The guy who sold it,removed the part number.I am wondering why....

Does anybody got the part number for this original part for the EF8 and EF9,pleazzze?

oh, that way you cant go and order them from honda of japan for cheap, you have to buy their more expensive price...
