alright heres the deal... i just started my car after letting it sit for a few months... when i turn it on it goes up to about 5 grand rpms then shoots down... over and over again... i checked my vacuums and they seem fine.... any suggestions on what it might be?... please help..thanks... im me at blackf22nos if you can help... thanks

my car is a 96 honda accord non vtec

 

Reset ECU by pulling battery.

Then attempt to start again.

If same issues pull the IACV plug and see if it goes away.
