alright heres the deal... i just started my car after letting it sit for a few months... when i turn it on it goes up to about 5 grand rpms then shoots down... over and over again... i checked my vacuums and they seem fine.... any suggestions on what it might be?... please help..thanks

 

vaccum leak or electical problem with one of your sensors such as TP or ICS

 

tp sensor is fine, what is a ics sensor and were is it located and how to test?

 

idle control sylonoid. it usually is on the TB where the butterfly is
