Default Drag Racing Platform Discussion

I would like to discuss the pro's and cons of ceritan hatchback platforms for drag racing.. engine of choice for this next project is b20vtec all motor.. im not asking you to say this one is the best i am just trying to wiegh my options. The car is going to be registered and on occasions street driven so it has to retain some decent handling

cost plays a role in the pros and cons
other items to discuss:
overall chassis performance.
stock and upgraded suspension
engine compartment (room, clearence for headers intake manifolds etc. component placement)
weight (dir )
body flex
aftermarket support (fiberglass parts, chassis parts etc)

other things like traction differences aerodynamics and a little on looks i guess

platforms im considering
88-91 civic hatch
88-91 crx
92-95 civic hatch
90-93 Integra 2dr

Pro Car, or a Daily Driver?

Any of these 3 are a legitimate choice.

I would say the 92 CX hatchback. You will pay a little more for the car but the suspension up front is alot better than a 88-91 civic/crx. Also they are less cramped under the hood and the 92 will drive better than a 88-91 with a b series in it. I have a lot more reasons than this but I figured I would just give you a few. IMO
