Default Crower Pro-Billet I beams (h22a) overkill for h22a All motor ????

Ordered, just waiting for them to come in...

are these rods overkill for a normally aspirated all motor setup running 11.5cr...

comments....

would they actually cause me to loose power.. i think their heavier than probe, eagle etc... but they are much more solid rods... so.... hmmm.. comments are welcomed...

these are the pro-billets...

now i'm stuck with a 2.2 displacment , I can't use a 2.3 crank + rods...... hopefully i won't regret this purchase...

WHAT Rpm can these puppies take 9k? 10K? if i decide to add TWMs later on.... (one other reason for the rods) so it can take the abuse at high rpm's.... i don't think those econo billets would be reliable at that high rpms...

anybody else ?

2.3L crank and rods would snap/break to 9k or 10k rpms.....hell so will H22a crank and rods. It's not like this is a B16...or even a B18.

If I am right, an H23 crank isnt a forged crank. The H22A crank is forged. And when properly balanced will be able to hit 9k+ on revs. I am setting my fuel cutoff/rev limiter point just below 9k(8900)and will be shifting around 8400-8500rpm.
