Default possible to change only cylinder #1 on 99 accord v6?

like the topic says, is it possible to only swap cylinder #1? i thought only VW's could do that (the old beetles) but apparently a honda mechanic told a friend cylinder #1 was going to be changed.

how do you mean.........


yes, the slug and the connecting rod can be changed. it's that way for all the cars on the road.

or do you mean changing something in the block?

im confused.
